By using the Easy Parking API and platform, you consent to the data practices described in this policy. If you do not agree with any terms in this policy, please discontinue use of our services.

To provide a secure and reliable intelligent parking API, we collect certain telemetry and account information:

• Account Credentials: Your full name, email address, and hashed passwords provided during developer registration.

• API Telemetry & Analytics: Rate limiting metrics, request headers, IP addresses, timestamp logs, request volumes, and endpoint response times. This data is critical for monitoring service quotas (e.g., the 100 requests/day limit) and enforcing API security.

• Transactional Data: Payment information for future billing plans. All payment transactions are securely handled by our third-party processor (Stripe). Easy Parking does not store or process raw credit card numbers on our infrastructure.

We use the collected information exclusively to operate and optimize the Easy Parking ecosystem:

• To administer accounts, issue unique API keys, and authenticate requests.

• To enforce rate limits, prevent DDOS attacks, and detect fraudulent or malicious activities.

• To track garage availability updates and deliver accurate real-time telemetry.

• To communicate service updates, security alerts, and system status announcements.

We retain personal data and API request logs only for as long as necessary to fulfill the operational purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.

You may request the deletion of your account and associated API keys at any time. Upon receipt of a deletion request, we will securely purge your account details and deactivate all issued API credentials within 30 days.

We implement rigorous, industry-standard security controls to protect your data:

• All API traffic is strictly encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).

• Developer API requests are protected using secure, role-based JSON Web Tokens (JWT) or secure API keys.

• Database storage is isolated and access is restricted only to authorized automated services.
