Terms of Service

By registering an account, obtaining an API key, or accessing the Easy Parking developer platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to use the platform.

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Easy Parking grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our smart parking endpoints.

• Developer Free Tier: Offers a maximum limit of 100 requests per day per API key.

• Compliance: You agree to respect all system rate limits. Creating multiple accounts or using other deceptive techniques to bypass the 100 requests/day rate limit is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent IP and account suspension.

• Credentials Safety: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys. Any requests made using your keys are deemed to be authorized by you.

When using our API and landing page, you agree NOT to:

• Use the API for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the core database schemas, reservation engines, or proprietary algorithms of Easy Parking.

• Inject malicious payloads, execute denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, or disrupt the operation of our servers and databases.

• Sell, rent, or lease access to your assigned API credentials without written consent from the platform owner.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Easy Parking platform, including the landing page design, API specifications, code snippets, documentation, logos, and backend architecture, are and will remain the exclusive property of Abdalrhman Reda and Easy Parking.

Easy Parking is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, real-time availability, or reliability of garage occupancy data, pricing models, or reservation states.

Under no circumstances shall Easy Parking or its developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our API.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your API key and developer account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we detect security anomalies, terms violations, or abuse of system resources.

We may also update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Easy Parking API following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
